Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, the final appearance of a tattoo may vary depending on factors including:

• Body placement

• Application method

• Development time

• Lighting

• Aftercare

Such reasonable differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

2. Product Use

Our tattoo products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

Always follow the application and care instructions provided with the product.

Do not apply a tattoo to:

• Broken or damaged skin

• Irritated skin

• Areas experiencing an allergic reaction

• Extremely sensitive areas unless the product is specifically intended for that use

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is:

• Incorrect pricing

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment failure

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect product information

• An obvious technical or website error

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Because tattoos are personal-use products, products that have been opened, used, or removed from their protective packaging may not be eligible for return.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to:

• Expiry dates

• Minimum order requirements

• Selected products

• One use per customer

• Other conditions displayed with the promotion

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
