Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed Orders

Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly and include:

• Photos of the package

• Photos of the damaged product, where applicable
