Your satisfaction is important to us at NOIRTATTS.

Because our semi-permanent tattoos are personal-use products that come into contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, applied, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original protective packaging.

Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • The product remains in its original packaging.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.

Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A clear photo of the packaging

  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot normally accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Tattoos that have already been opened or used

  • Products removed from their protective packaging

  • Products damaged through incorrect application

  • Change-of-mind requests for opened products

  • Normal differences in tattoo appearance caused by skin tone, placement, application technique, or development

  • Items purchased as final sale, where clearly stated

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will try to cancel the order before dispatch, but once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Tattoo Results

Individual results may vary depending on application, skin type, placement, aftercare, moisture, friction, and other factors.

Please follow the application and care instructions supplied with your NOIRTATTS product.
